We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Marketing & CRM, the Digital Marketing Specialist supports digital campaigns, website content, and performance marketing for More Rewards. This role helps drive customer engagement, website performance, and program growth across owned and paid channels.

Working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, merchandising, and related business functions, the Digital Marketing Specialist helps ensure digital content and campaigns are delivered on time, and in alignment with broader business objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytically minded marketer who can balance executional excellence with continuous improvement across digital channels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing content updates on our websites and ensuring promotions, programs, and campaigns launch accurately and on time.

  • Supporting website optimization across desktop and mobile to improve user experience and conversion.

  • Executing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive engagement, revenue, and program growth.

  • Building target audiences and supporting segmentation within the MCM tool.

  • Coordinating campaign briefs, creative assets, and copy requirements with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitoring campaign and website performance, including A/B testing, tagging, tracking, and reporting.

  • Supporting media budget tracking and providing recommendations based on performance data.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.  

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, website content management, or a related role.

  • Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, website updates, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Working knowledge of website analytics, SEO, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.

  • Experience with A/B testing, tagging, tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in retail, loyalty, consumer, or multi-channel marketing is an asset.

$66,292.00 - $82,865.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
