Lead projects from research through deployment, ensure data governance and model transparency, create visualizations, monitor performance, and communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders.

Own the UX function across Wenco’s product portfolio as a hands-on player-coach. Lead design direction, build and govern a design system, conduct research, deliver interaction and visual design, shape AI-enabled experiences, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership. Manage, mentor, and grow the design team while establishing UX standards, accessibility practices, and ways of working for complex industrial software products.

The Account Manager will drive regional sales, revenue, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction across North America’s mining and industrial sectors. Provides Tier 1 technical support to mining clients through phone, email, remote access, and on-site services.
