Drives new-client acquisition and regional revenue growth for mining technology solutions across North America. Manages sales pipelines, forecasts, strategic accounts, customer relationships, competitive initiatives, and industry partnerships. Represents the company at tradeshows and events while collaborating with marketing, engineering, product, project, operational, and client-services teams. Maintains customer focus, resolves complaints, gathers market intelligence, and supports long-term business growth. Frequent regional travel is required.

Builds sales pipelines, closes opportunities, expands strategic accounts, and develops relationships with mining stakeholders, OEMs, partners, and influencers. Maintains accurate CRM forecasts, promotes Wenco’s brand through industry events, gathers competitor intelligence, and collaborates with technical, engineering, product, project, and client-services teams to support customer success. Travel is often required, with responsibility for meeting sales, profit, and operational targets.
