Leads production planning and slate scenario analysis for multiple animation projects. Manages production plan templates, resource schedules, dashboards, workforce planning tools, and production data analysis to optimize resources, budgets, timelines, and risk. Partners with studio, production, finance, technology, and data leaders while overseeing teams supporting production tracking and forecasting capabilities. Provides strategic recommendations and drives process improvement across the animation studio.

Develop core infrastructure, APIs, libraries, user interfaces, plugins, and artist-facing tools for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ USD-based production pipeline. The engineer will collaborate with artists, technical directors, leadership, and cross-disciplinary teams; establish architectural direction; integrate external DCC applications; solve production obstacles; and lead initiatives from design through implementation, adoption, and mentoring.

Own and execute the roadmap for chat and voice support experiences, designing conversational flows and seamless transitions from self-service to live agents. Define integrations, track metrics, run experiments, and partner with engineering, design, content, WFM, and localization to apply AI/automation and improve support quality and customer satisfaction.
