Supports and improves on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, including servers, VMware virtualization, Microsoft services, storage, backups, disaster recovery, identity, networking, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle planning. Performs complex troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, recovery testing, and project support while providing technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders.

Provides operational support for on-premises, VMware, Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Responsibilities include server administration, hybrid identity, Azure governance, networking, backup and recovery, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, security remediation, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization. The role collaborates with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement infrastructure changes and improve service reliability.

Conducts economic, policy, quantitative, and qualitative research supporting physician contract negotiations and medical services policy. Collects, cleans, structures, and analyzes large datasets; develops statistical and economic analyses, costings, literature reviews, environmental scans, policy options, reports, presentations, and data visualizations. Builds relationships with health authorities, the Ministry of Health, and other partners while providing evidence-based advice and supporting policy discussions and decision-making.

Supports executive committees and working groups by coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, consultations, minutes, decisions, action items, governance processes, and strategic projects. Builds relationships with health system partners, prepares briefings and reports, manages confidential information, identifies risks, and ensures projects and committee deliverables are completed on schedule.

Provides legal counsel and consulting services on labour and employment matters, including arbitration, dispute resolution, strategic litigation, member education, policy advice, and collective bargaining. Builds relationships with health-sector employers, unions, and external agencies while researching and interpreting legislation, collective agreements, and jurisprudence.

Provides legal counsel on privacy compliance, information governance, data protection, and third-party contracts. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages agreements; advises leadership on privacy risks, policies, and legal matters; supports information requests under FIPPA and PIPA; coordinates privacy breach responses; and works with external counsel on arbitrations, legal proceedings, and matters involving the BC Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
