Own strategic enterprise accounts throughout onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and renewal. Lead customer kickoffs, configure cloud marketplace listings and integrations, provide training and support, resolve or triage issues, identify expansion opportunities, maintain account health records, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account Management. Contribute to customer documentation, playbooks, help content, and scalable customer success processes.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across APAC and Canada, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and closing. Partners with founders and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and improve interview processes. The role requires proactive sourcing, strong candidate communication, regional contract hiring experience, organization, and independence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, cash tracking), month-end close, journal entries, payroll-related accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and financial reporting. Partner with external accountants on taxes and audits, improve workflows and internal controls, support procurement and operational finance projects, and build scalable accounting processes for US and Canadian entities.

Support execution and optimization of digital marketing: manage community and social channels, publish and repurpose content, assist AEO/SEO efforts, execute campaigns, track performance, and maintain marketing workflows and documentation for a fast-moving team.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven automation in pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. Design end-to-end AI-powered user journeys, define success metrics, partner with engineering, and gather customer feedback to iterate and ensure reliable production features.

Lead design of end-to-end AI-powered workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance. Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate complex enterprise revenue operations into trustworthy, explainable, and scalable UX, from strategy through prototyping, production, and iteration.
