Lead cross-functional requirements, design, deployment, upgrades, integrations, security, reporting, process redesign, vendor selection, and RFP activities. Manage downstream system impacts, maintain documentation and data quality, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and train stakeholders and end users on new functionality.

Lead upstream biologics process development from experimental design through scale-up and technology transfer. Serve as a subject matter expert for cGMP protein manufacturing, analyze experimental data, develop SOPs, investigate non-conformances, support CAPAs, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and CDMO partners to establish robust, efficient manufacturing workflows.

Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and manages contracts while monitoring contractual obligations, identifying commercial risks, supporting renewals and amendments, and coordinating with legal, procurement, finance, suppliers, customers, and business stakeholders across jurisdictions.
