Lead development of mobile features from design to production for a large social discovery app. Produce solutions, write and test Flutter/Dart code, perform code reviews, optimize performance, support releases and CI/CD, integrate APIs and native platform features, and collaborate with Product, QA, Backend, and Architecture teams.

Lead affiliate partnerships for mainstream dating products: source and onboard partners, negotiate deals, launch and scale campaigns, analyze traffic and performance (CR, LTV, CPA, ROI), manage tracking setup and troubleshoot attribution and reporting issues across teams.

Manage calendar, travel, and documents for the founder while coordinating a team of 4. Oversee budgeting, personal assets, and operational tasks, ensuring high confidentiality and service levels.
