Teams at Serve Robotics

Leads enterprise IT strategy and operations across robotics facilities, offices, and subsidiaries. Owns infrastructure, cloud services, networks, security controls, enterprise systems, SaaS applications, IT support, budgets, vendors, compliance, M&A integration, and expansion planning. Builds and mentors the IT organization, establishes service levels, automates identity and employee lifecycle processes, and ensures reliable technology operations supporting company growth and robotics development.

The Director of Product for Data Flywheel will lead the roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance across various engineering teams and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing data metrics, supporting data pipelines, and collaborating across teams to enhance infrastructure.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of cross-functional hardware and software projects for robot development, manufacturing, testing, upgrades, and deployments. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, and operations teams, define scope and timelines, mitigate risks, implement process improvements, run sprints, and maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication.
