Provide clerical and administrative support including correspondence, travel arrangements, filing, phone and calendar management, equipment coordination, meeting and conference logistics, data entry, cross-training, reception coverage, and liaising with finance as needed.

Client-facing senior technical support role delivering advanced support and continuous improvement for Ricoh document/content management solutions. Troubleshoots complex environments, leads escalations, documents root causes, mentors junior staff, coordinates with implementation and vendor teams, and supports pre-sales and post-incident reviews to meet service levels.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable including vendor registration and invoice processing in N-ERP; handle employee expense reports, suspense account clearings, sample device administration in GRND, semi-annual sample audits, document filing/scanning, liaise with subsidiaries, and support month-end close and audits. Korean language ability is an asset.
