Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features across Laravel and Vue, modernize a legacy platform, and design APIs supporting mobile applications. Develop reliable agentic LLM pipelines and AI-powered workspace features using Python and LangChain. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design on technical direction, testing, monitoring, and quality. Participate in Agile sprints, code review, release readiness, deep-dive investigations, and rotational tier-3 support.

Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of technology clients, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansions, and escalations. Lead client conversations, identify growth opportunities, maintain account records in HubSpot, collaborate with Product on roadmap feedback, and help improve AI-powered customer success tools. The role requires occasional early morning and late afternoon availability to support clients.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book qualified meetings, run discovery conversations, maintain HubSpot CRM, collaborate with AEs on messaging and handoffs, and feed market intelligence back to Sales and Marketing. Clear progression to Account Executive based on performance.
