Lead and unify corporate marketing across hospitality, residential, retail, and F&B. Own brand strategy, enterprise budget, martech adoption (AI, CRM, automation), social and video strategy, and build a centralized, high-volume content engine while hiring and managing divisional marketing leaders and external partners.

Lead and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, conversion tracking (GTM/pixels), A/B tests, SEO audits, reporting (GA4, Looker), and AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers across Hospitality and Residential, optimize performance, build dashboards, and support ad asset briefs and stakeholder requests.

Provide onsite sales center support for project launches: greet the public, manage daily sales center operations, handle contracts and inventory, give market feedback, participate in sales/marketing sessions, and assist with property sales launches.

Provide traffic control for construction work zones: deploy and manage signs/markers, direct vehicle movement using signs/hand/flag signals, read and audit traffic management plans, warn workers of hazards, maintain organized equipment, and deliver excellent customer service in outdoor conditions.

Lead and supervise traffic control crews, develop and implement traffic control and lane closure plans, coordinate material logistics and deliveries, conduct site assessments and audits, maintain safety compliance and records, monitor traffic conditions, and ensure equipment maintenance at outdoor construction sites.

Perform general manual labor and site maintenance including opening/closing sites, cleanup, sweeping, packing materials, organizing areas, and supporting Project Managers/Site Superintendents.

Perform market research and identify acquisition opportunities; conduct financial feasibility, proforma and due diligence analyses; support transactions including proposals, contracts, negotiations, and consultant procurement; manage broker and municipal relationships; handle acquisition documentation and administrative correspondence.

Lead digital marketing and e-commerce strategy across a hospitality portfolio. Manage paid media (Google, Meta, display, metasearch), website and booking engine optimization, SEO/CRO, analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio), reporting, AI tool adoption, agency/vendor relationships, and build a high-performing in-house team to drive direct bookings and revenue.

Provide payroll and HR administrative support including timesheet verification, payroll data entry, benefits and expense administration, HRIS setup and record maintenance, onboarding documentation, year-end payroll tasks, and participate in audits and HR/payroll projects while handling confidential information.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: generate and validate invoices, apply payments, monitor aging, perform collections, reconcile AR, support month-end close, and improve billing processes while working with internal teams and ERP systems.

Supervise and lead a team of traffic controllers on construction sites and events, develop and implement traffic management plans, conduct site assessments, train staff, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor conditions and incidents, maintain records and equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Build and ship production full-stack features from design through deployment. Harden prototypes into production, maintain CI/CD and containerized deployments, integrate LLMs and third-party APIs, implement application security and monitoring, respond to incidents, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into robust systems.

Work across venture creation and company building: research markets, validate ideas, build financial models and prototypes, define product specs and roadmaps, run pilots, support launches, track metrics, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Contribute to investment evaluations and hand off validated prototypes for production.

Support full transaction lifecycle for buy-and-build investments: build LBO/DCF/operating models, screen opportunities, run diligence, draft investment memos, support execution and post-close portfolio reporting, and quantify value creation across portfolio companies.

Provide Tier-1 on-site and remote IT support across workstations, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, VoIP and non-traditional IoT/building systems. Triage, document, and escalate incidents per SOPs and SLAs, assist with user onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, on-call rotations, and travel to client sites.

Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support to President, CFO and COO. Manage executive calendars, global travel and household logistics, prepare correspondence and meeting materials, track contracts and expenses, coordinate maintenance and events, and handle confidential projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Perform general construction site support including lifting and moving materials, preparing and cleaning sites, operating basic tools/machinery under supervision, following safety protocols, reporting issues, and assisting the construction team to meet project timelines. Flexible hours across multiple Lower Mainland sites; basic construction knowledge preferred.

Lead and supervise crews of electricians on construction projects: plan and schedule labour and materials, interpret drawings, install and test electrical systems, enforce safety and quality, coordinate trades, manage documentation, mentor apprentices, and assist with commissioning and turnover.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across business units: manage ATS, source and pipeline candidates, mentor TA team, coordinate interviews, use metrics and market data to shape offers, ensure compliance, support onboarding and employer branding.

Manage construction projects from planning through completion: develop and maintain schedules, oversee tendering and subcontractors, allocate resources, manage budgets and cost estimates, run consultant meetings, ensure quality control, troubleshoot scope changes, and support senior PMs while supervising project coordinators and superintendents.
