Lead and unify corporate marketing across hospitality, residential, retail, and F&B. Own brand strategy, enterprise budget, martech adoption (AI, CRM, automation), social and video strategy, and build a centralized, high-volume content engine while hiring and managing divisional marketing leaders and external partners.

Lead and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, conversion tracking (GTM/pixels), A/B tests, SEO audits, reporting (GA4, Looker), and AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers across Hospitality and Residential, optimize performance, build dashboards, and support ad asset briefs and stakeholder requests.

Provide onsite sales center support for project launches: greet the public, manage daily sales center operations, handle contracts and inventory, give market feedback, participate in sales/marketing sessions, and assist with property sales launches.
