Coordinates the President’s complex calendar, business and personal travel, priorities, requests, and confidential matters. Senior Project Manager overseeing multifamily residential construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, tendering, resource allocation, budgeting, consultant coordination, documentation, quality control, subcontractor management, troubleshooting, and ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and design specifications.

Leads the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and quality control of low-voltage security, access control, CCTV, networking, AV, and smart-home systems across residential and commercial sites. Serves as the technical escalation point, reviews designs and documentation, coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, and mentors junior technicians.
