Work onsite with a project sales team to manage daily sales centre operations, greet and inform the public, handle contract and inventory management, provide market feedback, participate in sales and marketing sessions, and assist in property sales launches. Support sales and marketing activities and maintain accurate records.

Control vehicular traffic through construction work zones, place and manage traffic control signs, read and follow traffic management plans, perform field audits, warn and direct drivers, maintain equipment, and provide customer service while working outdoors in varying conditions.

Perform general site labor including opening/closing sites, cleaning, sweeping, packing materials, organizing areas, and basic construction maintenance. Follow directions from Project Managers and Site Superintendents, maintain site cleanliness, and use required PPE.
