The Senior Compensation Consultant will lead compensation projects, conduct market analyses, and mentor junior analysts while providing consulting services on remuneration issues.

Handle day-to-day client communications for designated Autoplan accounts, research client/industry issues, prepare benchmarking, process billing and quotes, coordinate account logistics, escalate issues to senior colleagues, and maintain fluency in Marsh service offerings to support account growth and satisfaction.

Support underwriting and delivery of construction project placement solutions by reviewing submissions, binding coverage, managing adjustments, maintaining accurate policy documentation and system entries, liaising with client teams and markets, and resolving account queries to meet retention and new business objectives.
