Company:MarshDescription:Marsh is currently looking for an Autoplan Specialist to join their team in Vancouver .This is an in-person position that requires presence in the office five days per week.As an Autoplan Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries regarding products and services, responding verbally and in writing to requests. You will serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts, follow up on correspondence, and help strengthen and grow account relationships.You will also develop an understanding of client businesses by conducting account research, researching industry issues, and preparing benchmarking studies for personal and team use.In addition, you will support colleagues by managing day-to-day responsibilities for designated small accounts and carrying out account management tasks such as processing billing requests, gathering information for quotes, generating project calendars, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.We will count on you to:
- Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts, follows up on correspondences and works to strengthen and grow account relationships. ( what do you mean by designated low-risk accounts? )
- Develops an understanding of client businesses by conducting account research, research on industry issues, and preparing benchmarking studies for personal and team use.
- Supports colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated small accounts and conducting ensuing account management tasks including processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes, generating project calendars, liaising between internal senior professionals and accounts, and organizing meeting logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mitigates account concerns or issues encountered, addresses problems promptly, and applies judgment as to when and what to escalate up to senior-level colleagues.
- Reports to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure a mutual understanding both internally and externally.
- Develops and maintains fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
- 1+ years of ICBC autoplan experience.
- Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson license
- Experience in Autolink program, ICBC Fleet, Garage, or Prorate
