Build developer productivity tools and shared infrastructure that enable approximately 300 developers to ship faster. Responsibilities include developing agentic AI systems, plugins, skills, cloud execution environments, context management, measurement, and safety guardrails. The role also involves diagnosing development friction across teams, increasing agent-authored code adoption, supporting large codebases, and helping developers adopt new tools through documentation, teaching, and collaboration.

Design messaging and communication experiences for clinics and patients. Own smaller projects end to end, create polished interactions and microinteractions, use Jane’s design system, collaborate closely with developers and product managers, participate in customer research, and partner with marketing and go-to-market teams. The role also involves responsible AI adoption using Claude Code and offers mentorship toward senior-level growth.

Own the Communications product space from customer discovery and research through launch and commercialization. Define strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes while collaborating closely with engineering, design, support, marketing, and leadership. Build zero-to-one products, refine solutions through testing, and incorporate AI into communications features. The role requires strong customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and experience shipping SaaS and AI-powered products.
