Coordinates technical due diligence for AI and HPC data center projects supporting financing and strategic transactions. Collects, validates, and organizes technical information; manages lender and investor requests; prepares data room materials; tracks risks and open items; supports site visits and technical reviews; and delivers reporting to executives and project teams. Collaborates with engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, vendors, and external advisors to maintain accurate, traceable information and close diligence actions.

Build and lead IREN’s engineering document control function for large data center and construction projects. Establish standards, governance, numbering, metadata, workflows, and revision controls; administer Procore and SharePoint; manage document workflows and close-out packages; coordinate documentation across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, contractors, and consultants; conduct audits; train users; and hire and lead the document control team.

Own and maintain integrated master schedules for AI infrastructure and HPC deployment programs. Track critical paths, milestones, dependencies, vendor deliveries, construction readiness, and customer commitments. Lead weekly schedule reviews, update baselines and forecasts, analyze variances and risks, manage schedule changes, and provide executive reporting. Coordinate procurement timelines and support program managers with workstream scheduling and dependency mapping.

Maintains document management frameworks across technical programs supporting AI infrastructure and GPU data centers. Responsibilities include managing SharePoint architecture, document registers, permissions, version control, vendor submittals, engineering drawings, revision cycles, as-built packages, status reporting, and runbook libraries. The role ensures documentation is complete, properly approved, accessible, and archived across concurrent programs.

Supports technical program delivery for AI infrastructure and high-performance computing deployments. Maintains schedules, action logs, risk registers, documentation, and status trackers; coordinates meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups; tracks vendor and procurement milestones; prepares leadership updates; supports onboarding and site access logistics; and assists with milestone data entry and cross-program schedule updates.

Supports mechanical engineering for HPC data centers across design, construction, commissioning, and operations. Serves as the cooling systems subject matter expert, validates technical deliverables, performs thermal and CFD analyses, coordinates integrated designs, supports project planning, leads mechanical commissioning, monitors system performance, develops technical documentation, and coaches staff.

Supports complex AI infrastructure projects from planning through operational handoff, including GPU and network hardware deployments, infrastructure commissioning, remediation, scheduling, risk management, procurement coordination, stakeholder communication, client delivery, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates Engineering, Operations, Construction, Procurement, vendors, and site teams across multiple Canadian and U.S. operations.

Coordinates recruitment administration, including offer letters, background checks, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruitment events, onboarding, and HR data reporting. Maintains confidential records, supports hiring stakeholders, monitors deadlines, and helps deliver an organized candidate experience. The role requires strong organizational, administrative, Excel reporting, coordination, and communication skills in a high-volume environment.

Designs, deploys, operates, and optimizes high-performance storage infrastructure for large GPU clusters and AI workloads. Owns storage lifecycle management, networking fabrics, capacity planning, monitoring, resilience, incident response, root-cause analysis, documentation, vendor evaluation, and on-call support. Collaborates with technology and operations teams to validate storage for new cluster deployments and ensure high availability, throughput, and low latency.

Owns administration, security, lifecycle management, and standardization of IREN’s global corporate network infrastructure. Responsibilities include firewalls, switching, wireless, VPNs, identity-aware access, network monitoring, vulnerability remediation, SIEM/MDR integrations, incident response support, audits, documentation, change management, office buildouts, carrier relationships, and acquisition integrations. The role requires strong enterprise networking, security, compliance, automation, and troubleshooting expertise, with occasional travel and on-call participation.

Processes contractor and vendor invoices for data center construction projects, manages Service Entry Sheets, reconciles purchase order spend, resolves billing discrepancies, tracks invoice aging and retainage, supports accruals and closeout, and maintains audit-ready documentation. The role also manages vendor onboarding, insurance and bonding compliance, lien waivers, payment approvals, and recurring financial reporting for project controls and cost management.

Supports the SOX compliance program through control walkthroughs, ITGC testing, evidence collection, deficiency tracking, risk assessments, audits, policy maintenance, and remediation. The role maintains alignment with SOX, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 frameworks, coordinates with control owners and vendors, monitors regulatory changes, and manages compliance workflows using ticketing and GRC tools.

Manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, cost records, cash flow timing, and financial reporting for large-scale data center construction and technology projects. Partner with operations, construction, technology, procurement, finance, and project management teams. Support contracts, change orders, invoices, cost coding, audits, internal reviews, and compliance with financial policies.

Supports operational, maintenance, and capital-project procurement across data center sites. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and services, obtaining and evaluating vendor quotes, processing PRs and POs in an ERP system, tracking deliveries, expediting long-lead items, coordinating vendors, supporting inventory replenishment, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and controls.

Provides employment and labour law advice for Canadian operations, with a focus on British Columbia. Responsibilities include managing the full employment lifecycle, drafting workforce documents, handling investigations and disputes, supporting restructures and transactions, advising on workplace compliance, negotiating HR-related contracts, and supporting cross-border employment matters.

Leads IREN’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, retirement, mobility, and immigration. Advises executives and the Compensation Committee, governs reward programs, manages budgets and compliance, supports acquisitions and international expansion, uses analytics and HRIS tools for decision-making, and builds a high-performing global Total Rewards team.

Supports compensation program administration through market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual compensation cycle support, reporting, and dashboard development. Maintains compensation data, salary ranges, job profiles, survey databases, and audit documentation. Analyzes pay trends, anomalies, budget impacts, and compliance risks while partnering with People & Culture leaders to support equitable pay decisions and improve compensation processes.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production software powering AI services and platform infrastructure. Own backend services and APIs end to end, including Kubernetes deployment, GitOps, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and performance optimization. Develop distributed, multi-tenant systems using reliable communication patterns, cloud platforms, and data services. Collaborate across engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams while participating in on-call and continuous improvement.

Owns IREN’s technical documentation system for data center operations. Authors and maintains SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, readiness procedures, commissioning records, acceptance criteria, checklists, and handover documentation. Establishes templates, style standards, structured authoring workflows, revision schemes, and searchable procedure libraries. Collaborates with engineers, technicians, contractors, and subject matter experts to verify procedures in the field, manage reviews, incorporate lessons learned, and ensure current documentation is accessible to site teams.

Leads cross-functional infrastructure remediation and operational improvement programs across AI, GPU cloud, HPC, networking, and hyperscale data centre environments. Owns roadmaps, governance, schedules, risk management, procurement coordination, executive reporting, and operational readiness. Partners with engineering, operations, facilities, construction, procurement, security, site leadership, and OEM vendors to improve reliability, scalability, lifecycle management, and infrastructure maturity. Mentors technical program managers and advances standardized program management practices.
