Collaborates with technology and operations teams to validate storage for new cluster deployments and ensure high availability, throughput, and low latency.

Leads People Relations and Business Enablement across multiple business units and geographies. Partners with executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, employee relations, investigations, performance management, organizational change, and people risk. Oversees a team of People & Culture professionals, supports employee lifecycle programs, and ensures legally compliant, scalable people practices. Also contributes to acquisitions, integrations, site expansions, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and the FedRAMP authorization program, including SSP and security documentation preparation. Develop governance, security, privacy, and control frameworks aligned with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST. Manage third-party risk, vendor assessments, audits, certifications, exceptions, remediation, and external assessment partners while monitoring emerging risks and improving GRC processes.

Owns administration, security, lifecycle management, and standardization of IREN’s global corporate network infrastructure. Responsibilities include firewalls, switching, wireless, VPNs, identity-aware access, network monitoring, vulnerability remediation, SIEM/MDR integrations, incident response support, audits, documentation, change management, office buildouts, carrier relationships, and acquisition integrations. The role requires strong enterprise networking, security, compliance, automation, and troubleshooting expertise, with occasional travel and on-call participation.

Design and oversee high- and medium-voltage substations for Canadian data center projects. Lead detailed design reviews, engineering studies, equipment specifications, consultant and EPC oversight, procurement support, construction assistance, factory and site acceptance testing, commissioning, and energization. Develop standardized designs while ensuring reliability, safety, code compliance, constructability, and project scalability. Coordinate with utilities, contractors, and internal civil, structural, protection, control, and SCADA teams.

Processes contractor and vendor invoices for data center construction projects, manages Service Entry Sheets, reconciles purchase order spend, resolves billing discrepancies, tracks invoice aging and retainage, supports accruals and closeout, and maintains audit-ready documentation. The role also manages vendor onboarding, insurance and bonding compliance, lien waivers, payment approvals, and recurring financial reporting for project controls and cost management.

Supports the SOX compliance program through control walkthroughs, ITGC testing, evidence collection, deficiency tracking, risk assessments, audits, policy maintenance, and remediation. The role maintains alignment with SOX, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 frameworks, coordinates with control owners and vendors, monitors regulatory changes, and manages compliance workflows using ticketing and GRC tools.

Leads regional health, safety, and environmental programs across Canadian data center construction and operational sites. Oversees regulatory compliance, contractor safety, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, emergency response, environmental programs, HSE metrics, training, and continuous improvement. Provides strategic direction, coaches site teams and business leaders, manages regulatory relationships, and ensures alignment with corporate, customer, and applicable OHS, ECCC, and ISO requirements.

Manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, cost records, cash flow timing, and financial reporting for large-scale data center construction and technology projects. Partner with operations, construction, technology, procurement, finance, and project management teams. Support contracts, change orders, invoices, cost coding, audits, internal reviews, and compliance with financial policies.

Supports operational, maintenance, and capital-project procurement across data center sites. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and services, obtaining and evaluating vendor quotes, processing PRs and POs in an ERP system, tracking deliveries, expediting long-lead items, coordinating vendors, supporting inventory replenishment, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and controls.

Develops and maintains integrated schedules for large-scale data center construction projects across multiple Western Canadian sites. Coordinates sequencing, milestones, resources, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors; analyzes critical paths, risks, scenarios, and recovery plans. Supports construction cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, change management, dashboards, and executive reporting. Requires extensive field construction experience, strong stakeholder communication, and travel to active project sites.

Provides employment and labour law advice for Canadian operations, with a focus on British Columbia. Responsibilities include managing the full employment lifecycle, drafting workforce documents, handling investigations and disputes, supporting restructures and transactions, advising on workplace compliance, negotiating HR-related contracts, and supporting cross-border employment matters.

Leads IREN’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, retirement, mobility, and immigration. Advises executives and the Compensation Committee, governs reward programs, manages budgets and compliance, supports acquisitions and international expansion, uses analytics and HRIS tools for decision-making, and builds a high-performing global Total Rewards team.

Supports compensation program administration through market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual compensation cycle support, reporting, and dashboard development. Maintains compensation data, salary ranges, job profiles, survey databases, and audit documentation. Analyzes pay trends, anomalies, budget impacts, and compliance risks while partnering with People & Culture leaders to support equitable pay decisions and improve compensation processes.

Leads global People Operations governance, compliance, risk management, process excellence, and cross-functional programs. Oversees audits, regulatory obligations, policies, employee lifecycle processes, HR technology optimization, compensation and talent cycles, organizational transformations, and M&A integrations. Builds scalable operating frameworks, manages projects and dependencies, supports change adoption, and partners with Legal, Finance, Information Security, and other stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Coordinates global mobility, immigration, relocation, and international workforce administration across multiple jurisdictions. Manages immigration documentation, employee records, visa expiries, relocation vendors, compliance activities, payroll and tax coordination, reporting, invoices, and stakeholder communications. Partners with People and Culture, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, external counsel, and relocation providers to support compliant employee movement and scalable mobility processes.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production software powering AI services and platform infrastructure. Own backend services and APIs end to end, including Kubernetes deployment, GitOps, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and performance optimization. Develop distributed, multi-tenant systems using reliable communication patterns, cloud platforms, and data services. Collaborate across engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams while participating in on-call and continuous improvement.

Leads cross-functional infrastructure remediation and operational improvement programs across AI, GPU cloud, HPC, networking, and hyperscale data centre environments. Owns roadmaps, governance, schedules, risk management, procurement coordination, executive reporting, and operational readiness. Partners with engineering, operations, facilities, construction, procurement, security, site leadership, and OEM vendors to improve reliability, scalability, lifecycle management, and infrastructure maturity. Mentors technical program managers and advances standardized program management practices.

Leads complex technical infrastructure projects across AI and hyperscale data center environments, including GPU server, storage, network, cabling, provisioning, commissioning, remediation, and client delivery initiatives. Develops execution plans and integrated schedules, manages risks, dependencies, vendors, procurement, stakeholder communication, project controls, readiness, go-live, and operational handoff. Also supports continuous improvement and manages the Technical Project Management group.
