Plan, monitor, and control project costs, schedules, and resources. Produce cost analyses, progress and billing reports, manage purchase orders and invoicing, track productivity KPIs, identify risks, and support project teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead and promote health, safety, and environmental practices across projects and subcontractors. Provide technical HSE expertise, support training, manage WCB with HR, assist incident investigations and corrective actions, and advise on OHS compliance. Role requires flexibility for maintenance projects and frequent travel to remote sites.

Manage and coordinate daily shop and field operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, cost control, client/vendor relationships, workforce scheduling, supervision, training, and compliance with safety, quality, and legislative standards.
