The role collaborates with Go-to-Market, Sales, People, and other stakeholders.

Provide advanced technical support for FISPAN’s enterprise banking and ERP integrations. Troubleshoot complex client issues, manage Tier 1 tickets, meet SLAs, investigate errors using telemetry platforms, administer ERP portals, and escalate incidents appropriately. Support team members through knowledge sharing, collaborate with Product and Tier 2 teams, improve processes, and develop automation workflows using Gemini, n8n, and Jira.

Manage strategic B2B SaaS partner accounts, serving as the primary contact for relationship management, escalations, business reviews, onboarding, support, and change initiatives. Define success metrics, improve adoption and retention, identify revenue opportunities, coordinate training, communicate product updates, and advocate for partner needs internally. Track performance metrics and provide executive updates while acting as a platform subject matter expert.

Provide onboarding and implementation support for FISPAN's SaaS ERP banking products. Build trusted customer relationships, troubleshoot technical onboarding issues, document recurring problems, contribute to knowledge base and product feedback loops, collaborate with Product/Development/DevOps, and support customer success initiatives and advanced programs.

The Senior Solutions Engineer engages with bank partners to deliver tailored demonstrations, designs technology solutions, and improves FISPAN's processes for growth.

Manage a portfolio of bank partnerships post-sale: drive onboarding, accelerate product adoption, secure renewals and upsells, execute data-driven account plans, run QBRs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to solve partner challenges.

Support Bank Partner sales by mastering the FISPAN platform, delivering technical demo/configuration support, participating in client and partner meetings, escalating sales blockers, and using sales enablement tools to ensure accurate pre-sales processes and documentation.
