Lead user research and usability testing with dentists and lab teams. Design mobile-first communication and desktop operations dashboards. Take concepts to dev-ready specs, collaborate with product and engineers, and craft trustworthy AI-assisted workflows that support decision-making and adoption.

Lead and coordinate four product pillars, unblock and mentor Product Managers (Revenue Engineers), own roadmap and product ops, align engineering and AI squads, and translate customer problems into prioritized shipping work.
