Success is measured through customer retention, reduced onboarding cycle time, on-time go-live, scope accuracy, and process improvements.

Lead and coordinate four product pillars, unblock and mentor Product Managers (Revenue Engineers), own roadmap and product ops, align engineering and AI squads, and translate customer problems into prioritized shipping work.
