Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for industrial automation products: demonstrate solutions, assist sales teams, research customer needs, deliver presentations, maintain vendor relationships, and participate in training and product launches.

Handle inbound orders via phone and email, enter and track orders, prepare and follow up on quotes, grow opportunities from marketing and sales leads, maintain backorder and expediting reports, notify customers of delivery updates, and report market trends and customer feedback to management.

Lead a regional sales location, set sales strategy and quotas, manage and coach a sales team, develop customer and supplier relationships, forecast sales/profit, partner with marketing and internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational coordination.
