Validate UI, APIs, services, data workflows, dashboards, alarms, reports, and multi-site building-management scenarios. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, develop test utilities and simulators, investigate failures, and improve test reliability and product testability.

Support IT team with system and network administration tasks including phishing analysis, firewall and web-filter investigations, email and endpoint security, patching and MDT updates, basic VMware and Cisco UCM administration, routing/switching/wireless troubleshooting, hardware/software support, incident response, and process documentation.

Senior help desk team member providing Tier 1/2 support for endpoints, applications, and meeting room tech; administers Jira Service Management, Active Directory, M365 licensing, endpoint imaging/patching, and IT asset lifecycle. Coaches junior staff, monitors SLAs/metrics, maintains documentation and knowledge base, applies ISO 27001 controls, and assists with incident response and automation recommendations.

Own and standardize DevOps practice, enterprise tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release management across product teams. Perform a variety of electronics manufacturing tasks (SMT setup/verification, visual inspection, through-hole assembly, depanelizing, production test, final assembly). Record defects and test data in Delta Production software, perform rework/hand soldering, follow documentation and corrective actions, and move product through assembly process.
