Lead site Operational Excellence to improve productivity, quality, delivery and cost through Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, standardization, KPI visual management, data-driven projects, coaching, change management, and ensuring EHS/ISO compliance in high-mix electronics manufacturing.

Develop and deliver AI/ML features (LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration) including backend services in Python, integrate cloud services (AWS Bedrock), design knowledge bases and retrieval, improve prompts and agent reliability, review code, write tests and docs, mentor juniors, and participate in architecture and risk management.

Implement and document software design and sub-components, build scalable backend APIs and services (primarily Python), contribute to risk management and schedules, provide feedback to technical leads, and occasionally act as technical lead for small projects. Collaborate with frontend teams and integrate authentication, databases, and third-party services.
