Process full-cycle payroll, handle payroll taxes, time tracking, and remittances; manage new hires/transfers/terminations; reconcile payroll to government agencies and finance; support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement; serve as primary payroll contact for employees and partners.

Own the full-cycle accounts receivable process: invoicing, payment processing, collections, aging management, dispute resolution, month-end AR close and reconciliations. Generate AR reports, support audits and internal controls, collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Lead and grow a site Process Engineering team to design, qualify, and optimize PCBA and box-build manufacturing processes. Drive integration of new equipment/technologies, monitor KPIs, standardize procedures, resolve systemic process issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet quality, compliance, and production goals in EMS manufacturing.
