Analyze and consolidate data from multiple systems, build scalable dashboards and executive reporting, define standardized metrics, ensure data quality, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Operations, and Data Engineering to support decision-making and improve reporting processes.

Support enterprise and partnership customers through onboarding, implementation, training, launch coordination, and the first 30 days of adoption. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages implementation plans, delivers webinars and training, troubleshoots launch issues, supports pilots and events, identifies commercial opportunities for Sales, and helps develop scalable onboarding playbooks.

Drive the product roadmap and lifecycle by conducting user and market research, prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, planning sprints, and coordinating Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and veterinary support. Define quality checkpoints, product KPIs, and release protocols; communicate roadmaps to stakeholders; gather customer feedback; and ensure AI products meet ethical, compliance, and data privacy standards.
