Lead zero-to-one product design for a judiciary-focused AI product. Define experience strategy, conduct customer research, translate complex workflows into scalable designs, and guide work from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders, shape trustworthy and explainable AI experiences, evolve design systems, facilitate decisions, raise quality standards, and mentor designers. The role requires strong UX craft, systems thinking, business judgment, storytelling, and experience designing for complex or specialized users.

Leads corporate strategy and AI-enabled operational transformation at Clio. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, prototype and ship internal agents, workflows, and automations, test solutions, and drive adoption. The role requires strong interaction, information architecture, usability, visual design, communication, and mentoring skills, with a focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.

Own the vision, roadmap, execution, and quality measurement for Clio’s AI Search platform. Lead engineering and ML teams developing hybrid lexical and semantic search across documents, emails, and records. Improve relevance through ranking, query understanding, embeddings, A/B testing, click-through analysis, and offline evaluations. Coordinate across Clio products while balancing relevance, latency, cost, permissions, and customer AI preferences. Translate customer search needs into measurable product improvements and guide both new product development and platform scaling.

Coordinates marketing events and partnership programs, handling vendors, payments, contracts, logistics, communications, reporting, documentation, and project support. Maintains calendars, shared resources, inboxes, websites, and knowledge systems while assisting ClioCon and other engagement initiatives. Lead go-to-market and product adoption efforts for SaaS product portfolios. Responsibilities include positioning and messaging, feature launches, adoption programs, internal enablement, customer research, market and competitive analysis, campaign experimentation, and performance reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, support, and revenue operations teams to improve product engagement, retention, and customer outcomes.

Owns Clio’s business continuity, incident management, and disaster recovery programs. Responsibilities include designing tabletop exercises, coordinating DR tests, administering incident tooling, analyzing incident metrics, maintaining recovery plans and RTO/RPO targets, driving remediation actions, managing the resilience roadmap, and supporting crisis response and cyber recovery. The role requires cross-functional leadership, clear communication, hands-on program administration, and calm decision-making during high-pressure incidents.

Design, develop, maintain, and administer Clio’s Pigment EPM platform and related FP&A systems. Manage integrations with NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and Looker; improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workflows, and automation. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage permissions and controls, document processes, and train users. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver scalable solutions.

Owns sales enablement for Clio’s Velocity segment, improving rep conversion, product attach, and ramp time. Responsibilities include developing playbooks, objection handling, training, role-play and certification programs; reviewing Gong call data; coaching managers; tailoring product enablement; using generative AI; reporting segment health; and partnering with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations.

Manage and scale secure logging infrastructure, including OpenSearch clusters, ingestion pipelines, parsing, normalization, access controls, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Automate operational tasks, implement infrastructure as code, support SIEM development, and help design the next-generation logging platform. The role requires AWS, Linux, scripting, infrastructure automation, and security operations experience, with opportunities to work across teams on high-volume, tamper-resistant security data systems.

Reviews vendor and App Marketplace partner security and privacy documentation, including SOC 2 reports, penetration tests, questionnaires, and AI disclosures. Assesses third-party risk, identifies privacy-review needs, escalates risks for acceptance, maintains the risk registry, supports renewals and reassessments, and documents audit-ready findings. The role also tracks review workflows, requests missing evidence, coordinates with IT, Legal, Privacy, and executives, and improves review criteria and runbooks.

Build and lead Clio’s threat intelligence program, including intelligence requirements, platform implementation, adversary and campaign tracking, original infrastructure and malware research, fraud and abuse analysis, and executive briefings. Translate intelligence into detection requirements, red-team priorities, and payment fraud controls. Manage intelligence vendors, participate in industry information sharing, collaborate with blue teams, automate collection and analysis, and mentor junior analysts.

Leads global go-to-market capacity planning, quota setting, territory design, incentive compensation, administration, and systems strategy across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success. Partners with Finance and executive GTM leaders on scenario modeling, productivity, revenue predictability, and compensation effectiveness.
