Drive sport surface sales and bookings for a recreational sports complex. Manage contracts, rentals, public programs, tournaments, customer relationships, and accounts receivable. Support revenue targets by promoting programs and equipment rentals, analyzing competitors, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams while coordinating operational systems and sales opportunities.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, treasury, risk management, insurance, contract review, procurement support, and commercial analysis. Partners with the CFO, operations, banks, auditors, counsel, and senior leadership to improve decision-making, manage financial risks, support compliance, and guide strategic initiatives. Supervises finance and sourcing staff, with a planned path toward broader financial leadership and oversight of accounting, capital structure, and long-range planning.
