Manage all facility maintenance and ice production operations including refrigeration, ice resurfacing, janitorial and building maintenance. Recruit, train and schedule staff, oversee budgets, asset tracking, utilities monitoring, CAPEX coordination, safety compliance, and respond to equipment failures and service requests. Hands-on role supporting daily operations and major ice maintenance projects.

Lead strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the CHAMPS skating program. Develop recreational, developmental, and competitive programs aligned with Skate Canada. Drive membership growth and athlete progression, manage coaches and stakeholders, oversee scheduling and ice utilization, monitor performance metrics, and promote Safe Sport and inclusive governance.
