Rate of Pay: $41,500 - $42,000/ year

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator position at Canlan Sports involves driving sport surface sales and booking opportunities within a sports and recreational complex. This role is crucial in managing contracts, spot rentals, public programs, and tournaments while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and support the organization's mission and vision.
  • Manage operating systems for Ice Contracts, Spot Rentals, Public Programs, and Third-party tournaments.
  • Coordinate and promote Public programs, equipment rentals, and new tournament opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and contribute to sales strategy development with the Sales Manager.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in financial management by overseeing contracts and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience, ideally in sports or recreation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sports complex operations is advantageous.
