Leads hydrogeological investigations, conceptual and numerical groundwater modeling, mining water management studies, technical reporting, field projects, and client engagements. Builds, calibrates, and defends models; scripts modeling workflows; manages budgets, schedules, contractors, and projects; mentors staff; supports proposals, business development, recruitment, and health and safety planning.

Lead geochemistry and hydrogeochemistry work for ML/ARD, water quality, source-term development and predictive modeling. Design and interpret monitoring programs, integrate hydrogeology and water-balance modeling, manage projects, mentor junior staff, support permitting and assessments, perform third-party reviews, and contribute to business development across mining and linear infrastructure projects.

Lead and improve proposal systems, content, templates, and processes; coordinate cross-functional proposal teams; monitor procurement and competitor intelligence; develop standards, training, and reuseable resources to increase proposal quality and win rates.
