Conduct hydrogeological investigations, groundwater sampling, hydraulic testing, field-data QA/QC, and conceptual model development. Develop numerical groundwater flow models using field interpretations, automate modelling workflows with Python, and support mining water studies across the project lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and geoscience teams, prepare technical reports, assist with proposals and client communications, participate in remote fieldwork, and follow health and safety requirements.

General application for intermediate and senior engineers and geoscientists across BGC locations. Responsibilities may include technical analysis and design, field investigations, construction support, project management, client engagement, technical reporting, mentoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration in areas such as geotechnical engineering, geoscience, hydrology, mining infrastructure, and geohazard assessment. Some roles involve travel to project sites or offices.

Leads hydrogeological investigations, conceptual and numerical groundwater modeling, mining water management studies, technical reporting, field projects, and client engagements. Builds, calibrates, and defends models; scripts modeling workflows; manages budgets, schedules, contractors, and projects; mentors staff; supports proposals, business development, recruitment, and health and safety planning.
