Supports the civil estimating team throughout the bidding process by organizing bid documents, coordinating quantity takeoffs, tracking deadlines, reviewing accuracy, summarizing findings, and assisting with estimate closeout. The role manages Estimating Assistants and Interns as experience develops, while providing training, prioritization, and communication support across multiple civil construction projects.

Support Project Manager with project costing, scheduling, document control, change order tracking, subcontractor liaison, site visits (1-2x/week), quality and safety program implementation, and monthly quantity reporting for invoicing.

Lead procurement across divisions: source, negotiate, contract, and issue POs; maintain preferred vendor lists; review subcontract agreements; manage vendor performance, cost-saving strategies, compliance, reporting, and mentor purchasing staff to support estimating and operations.
