Support field operations with safety activities: conduct site inspections, incident investigations, hazard assessments, documentation/auditing, train and coach staff, assist injury management, and promote Health and Safety Management Systems.

Lead business systems, data, reporting, AI adoption, and process standardization across Hall Group. Manage system implementations, reporting and dashboard development, pilot AI/automation projects, coordinate vendors and IT, oversee project controls, and drive change management and user adoption to improve operational visibility and scalability.

Manage excavation and shoring projects end-to-end: lead project teams, control schedule and budget, manage procurement and subcontractors, oversee change control, quality, and health & safety, perform regular site visits, liaise with stakeholders and engineers, mentor teams, and compile final turnover documentation.

Lead procurement across divisions: source, negotiate, contract, and issue POs; maintain preferred vendor lists; review subcontract agreements; manage vendor performance, cost-saving strategies, compliance, reporting, and mentor purchasing staff to support estimating and operations.

Lead and supervise mechanical site operations on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Manage foremen and crews, ensure safety and quality, review drawings for code compliance, handle site documentation and testing in Site Docs, resolve issues, and represent the company at site meetings to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Perform trench and site pipe installation (PVC, HDPE, concrete), read drawings, direct machinery, mentor labourers, identify soil types, set grade with lasers, rigging, install manholes/catch basins, follow respiratory and safety protocols, and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Manage construction projects end-to-end: lead project teams, control schedule/costs, handle procurement and change management, enforce quality and H&S, perform site visits, mentor staff, and deliver contract-compliant project closeout documentation.

Support Project Manager with project costing, scheduling, document control, change order tracking, subcontractor liaison, site visits (1-2x/week), quality and safety program implementation, and monthly quantity reporting for invoicing.

Perform daily civil construction field tasks under site supervisor direction, follow HSE procedures, operate hand and power tools, assist with barricades/signage, spot for equipment when trained, identify utilities and pipe fittings, work in varied conditions including confined spaces, and support crew organization and public interactions.

Apply shotcrete on excavation and shoring projects: set up equipment, operate shotcrete pump, install reinforcement, inspect hoses/equipment, ensure quality/tolerances, follow safety procedures, collaborate with crew and foreman, and perform general site duties.

Support Project Quality Manager on a MoTI highway project by coordinating materials testing and inspections, maintaining quality records, ensuring compliance with MoTI specs, preparing quality reports and submittals, and liaising with suppliers and labs.
