Processes accounts payable, workers’ compensation and BC EHT remittances, GST/HST remittances, bank reconciliations, intercompany billback invoices, and month-end working papers. Supports the broader accounting team while maintaining accuracy, organization, and effective communication. The role requires relevant accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and legal eligibility to work in Canada; NetSuite experience is an asset.

Coordinate asset and shot production for a 3D Unreal Engine animated project. Maintain task assignments and statuses in Flow Production Tracking, organize deliveries and documentation, track decisions and issues, communicate schedules and priorities, prepare reports, and ensure work is completed on time and to specification. The role requires strong communication, time management, organization, and multitasking skills, with prior CG animation production coordination experience.
