Lead end-to-end People projects globally, defining scope, budget, resources and success criteria. Support rapid prototyping, fabrication (CNC, 3D printing), testing workflows, and project execution. Develop SOPs, training, documentation, and external technical relationships. Partner with Advanced Concepts leadership on strategy, IP support, and funding submissions, and travel to local and international facilities as required.

Lead development of global capital management processes, tools, and governance. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders to plan, budget, forecast, and report capital spend. Build reporting frameworks, financial models, dashboards, and depreciation models. Support OneStream capital reporting, drive variance analysis and stakeholder accountability, and improve capital planning maturity and FP&A processes.

Support Gross Margin FP&A by maintaining margin reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and financial modelling. Partner with accounting, planning, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, drive decision analysis, and standardize reporting to enhance profitability and operational performance.

Manage end-to-end program and change management for store-impacting retail initiatives across North America: scope, roadmap, prioritization, sequencing, risk management, rollout adoption, and stakeholder communication to protect store capacity and guest experience.

Provide high-level executive administrative support to Supply Chain senior leaders, including complex calendar and travel management, email and inbox management, meeting agendas and minutes, expense and invoice processing, project coordination, vendor liaison, event planning, and confidential communications. Support cross-functional alignment and contribute to process improvements and EA network initiatives.

Own 12-18 month demand forecasts for assigned categories, build statistical baselines and adjust with business judgment, drive forecast accuracy, support IBP consensus, model new product launches, monitor in-season performance, run scenario analysis, and partner cross-functionally to guide supply and inventory decisions.

Lead the end-to-end 12-18 month demand forecast, set forecasting methodology and accuracy targets, run IBP cycles, build launch models, reconcile top-down targets with SKU forecasts, influence cross-functional partners, mentor planners, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting and demand processes.

Develop and prototype hardgoods, packs, and accessories from concept through production. Create production-ready items and documentation, test materials, collaborate with pattern makers and product developers, support manufacturing solutions, and help onboard new hires. Focus on building, testing, and validating functional, scalable designs aligned with Arc'teryx product vision.

Support the Global Brand Management team by maintaining calendars and process tools, managing SharePoint and Monday.com, coordinating product seeding orders, processing team expenses, facilitating internal communications, and creating templates and documentation to ensure alignment across global and regional partners.

Support and coordinate global creative projects by maintaining trackers, timelines, meeting notes, and action items; organize cross-functional meetings and design reviews; prepare presentations and status updates; track risks and progress; build templates and documentation; and support occasional travel for offsites and events to enable alignment across creative, product, and regional teams.

Lead ReBIRD product initiatives to improve guest experience and operational efficiency. Define business requirements, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven platform solutions across global markets.

Serve as the in-store face of the brand, deliver exceptional guest experiences, share technical product knowledge, process transactions via POS, support merchandising and store initiatives, assist with inventory receiving and store tasks, and represent Arc'teryx in-store and in the community.

Act as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge and excellent customer service. Recommend products, process transactions via POS (including warranties and trade-ins), receive inventory, support merchandising and store initiatives, answer phones and messages, participate in projects assigned by leadership, and work required holiday and weekly shift schedules.

Lead a team to develop global, multi-year men's trail product assortments and line plans. Define merchandising strategy, manage product lifecycle, partner with Merchandising, Design, Costing and Sourcing, present product briefs, mentor PLMs, drive sales, margin and inventory productivity, and deliver global go-to-market tools while upholding responsible sourcing standards.

Lead North American rollout and operationalization of the ReBIRD program, ensuring seamless guest experience across retail, resale, and service channels. Translate global standards into regional plans, drive operational readiness, partner with retail and resale teams, pilot new initiatives, and deliver insights to global stakeholders. Coach and develop teams while safeguarding front-line operations and scaling best practices.

Support Talent Management by coordinating programs, maintaining project plans, dashboards and reporting, analyzing metrics, managing budgets/invoices, improving processes and systems, and partnering cross-functionally to enable scalable, data-informed talent operations.

The Integration Developer leads integration solutions from design to handover, ensuring data integrity and scalable patterns within a complex SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities include overseeing ERP integration lifecycles, offering guidance, documenting decisions, and resolving system issues proactively.
