Leads IPP accounting for managed properties, reviewing financial packages, CAM and tax reconciliations, audits, partner reporting, cash management, budgets, and forecasts. Supervises and mentors accountants while collaborating across property, asset management, leasing, and finance teams. Supports acquisitions, dispositions, financial systems improvements, process automation, and special projects. Requires CPA designation, substantial senior-level property management accounting experience, supervisory leadership, and expertise in recovery models and lease interpretations.

Manage tax working papers, reconciliations, corporate and partnership tax returns, regulatory filings, tax provisions, estimates, and tax authority inquiries for multiple entities. Conduct tax planning and research, support investor inquiries, improve tax processes, and assist with tax and accounting projects. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
