Lead Motive’s Workforce Management product suite and product management team. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and requirements, researching customer and market opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional and go-to-market teams, developing growth strategies, building a high-performing product organization, and analyzing product launch performance to drive adoption and exceptional user experiences.

Own the hardware and firmware product strategy for Motive’s connected equipment-monitoring devices. Lead hardware NPI from concept through mass production, regulatory certification, and launch; manage the deployed device base, reliability, battery life, connectivity, and firmware updates; and guide partner-network integrations. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, cloud, mobile, and go-to-market teams while translating customer needs into technical requirements and roadmap priorities.
