As our Web Designer/Developer, you will own the end-to-end design and development of our website and digital marketing assets. You'll translate ideas into tangible designs, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and then bring them to life by building and maintaining responsive, high-performing pages and experiences in Webflow. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and deploy compelling visuals for paid media campaigns, social channels, and other key initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and platforms.
- Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer with at least 3 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Webflow and Figma.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves
- Experience working in a startup or fintech environment.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
