Felix is Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, providing online treatment, prescription delivery and ongoing care. We deliver care across a growing range of daily health categories such as weight loss, birth control, menopause, erectile dysfunction, acne and more.

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
We are looking for a commercially driven VP of Partnerships to spearhead the development and management of Felix’s most strategic partnerships. This leader will focus on creating opportunities for Felix to expand distribution, build a defensible competitive advantage, and unlock meaningful patient growth.
The ideal candidate combines a strong industry network with sharp business acumen and thrives on closing transformational deals that drive mutual value. You’ll be the architect of Felix’s external partnership strategy, forging relationships that accelerate our impact and scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial Leadership
Define and execute a partnership strategy in alignment with company goals.
Drive business growth by leading the development and scale of new partnership channels at Felix. Build scalable channel and distribution models to drive predictable patient growth. Nurture a clear pipeline of opportunities, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth bets.
Manage negotiations and close complex high-value contract negotiations with C-suite executives
Partner Success & Enablement
Serve as the executive sponsor for top partnerships, ensuring alignment at the highest levels.
Manage key partner accounts to ensure continued growth, retention, and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop co-branded campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint offerings.
Performance & Analytics
Continuously optimize strategy based on market trends and performance data.
10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or consumer technology.
A proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships.
Deep network within health and wellness, pharmacy, insurance, or adjacent industries.
Strong commercial instincts — able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on deal execution.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
Experience with channel sales, distribution models, and joint go-to-market planning.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by building from the ground up.
