- Implement and enforce production standards, procedures, and naming conventions to maintain consistency and quality.
- Proactively troubleshoot production challenges, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track and mitigate risks.
- Assist with the onboarding, training, and mentorship of new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and the production pipeline.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other industry contacts.
WHAT YOU BRING:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in production management software, such as ShotGrid, FTrack, or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of VFX pipelines, workflows, and industry best practices.
- The ability to perform effectively under pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team.
- An educational background in film, animation, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Experience with specific VFX software, including Maya, Houdini, Nuke, or similar applications.
- Familiarity with a wide range of VFX techniques and disciplines, such as modeling, animation, compositing, FX, and lighting.
- Experience with real-time VFX workflows.
