This Position reports to:

Regional Sales Manager
 

Responsabilities

  • Drives sales of products/systems/services within an assigned market, aligned with division strategy and targets (growth, revenue, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction).
  • Identifies and develops new sales opportunities to expand the business.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ensures a positive, end-to-end customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Prepares and executes sales plans, proposals, and contracts using effective sales techniques and approved tools.
  • Communicates key commercial details (pricing, delivery, payment terms) and ensures technical and financial accuracy of offers.
  • Supports marketing activities, promotes value propositions, and collaborates across teams/divisions to drive results.
  • Ensures compliance with company values, safety, ethics, policies, and manages administrative, reporting, and process requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Electrical field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of contractors, OEM, integrators and panel shop markets in Western Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • (Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
