  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate intuitively with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and dependencies.
  • Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and resource utilization using project management tools and dashboards.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in the SaaS, IT, CSP, TelCo, or ISP industries.
  • Strong technical background and ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
  • Proven experience leading external client-facing projects and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and remote-first environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with API-driven platforms or BSS/OSS solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and modern project tracking/reporting tools.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
