The Talent & People Partner mission:

As a T&P specialist your role is to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a high-performing workplace culture. By combining strategic recruitment expertise with a deep focus on employee engagement and development, the Talent & People Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with organizational goals, ensuring every employee feels supported, empowered, and inspired to achieve their best work.

The expected outcomes:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers to ensure we attract top talent.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill metrics.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by creating clear, transparent, and engaging touch points throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Act as a strategic advisor and partner to managers, providing guidance on team dynamics, employee development, and performance management.
    • Champion company culture by developing programs and processes that align with organizational values and objectives.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Collaborate on Learning & Development programs to identify skill gaps and deliver training initiatives that support career growth.
  • People Business Partner:
    • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and providing support.

The day to day tasks:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
  • Act as a culture champion, ensuring company values are integrated into all people processes and practices.
  • Plan and facilitate team-building activities, recognition programs, and company-wide events.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and employees.
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver learning and development programs to support career growth.
  • Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, team dynamics, and performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and providing support.

Why You should apply:

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven success in transitioning to another HR people facing role.
  • You have strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and best practices for engaging top talent managing 3 - 5 roles at the same time with excellent candidate experience.
  • You understand how to engage employees through culture building initiatives.
  • You can drive different programs such as internal transfers, referrals, and training initiatives.
  • You can handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging HRIS like HiBoB, ATS like Greenhouse, and other recruitment or employee engagement tools.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) is a MUST.
