Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As Talent Development Coordinator, you will join a passionate and dynamic Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team, and will be responsible for supporting the administration of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and the coordination of key learning and development operations.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work.

As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will ensure the LMS is accurate, compliant, and user-friendly while providing project, reporting, communication, and administrative support across talent development programs and initiatives.

If you were the Contract Talent Development Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • LMS Admin
    • Serving as administrator for the organization's LMS.
    • Managing user accounts, permissions, learning assignments, curricula, certifications, and course enrollments.
    • Uploading, configuring, testing, and maintaining learning content and resources.
    • Troubleshooting LMS issues and provide timely support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
    • Generating and distributing learning completion, compliance, and participation reports.
    • Tracking mandatory training requirements and supporting compliance reporting.
    • Developing user guides, job aids, and communication materials to support LMS adoption.
    • Talent Development Coordination
      • Coordinating logistics for virtual and instructor-led training programs.
      • Scheduling training sessions, managing registrations, and distributing program communications.
      • Maintaining training calendars and learning program documentation.
      • Collecting and consolidating program feedback, evaluations, and metrics.
      • Tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing projects.

Are you our next Talent Development Coordinator?

  • 1+ years of experience in P&C, talent, or learning space
  • Experience administering LMS a plus
  • Degree in HR, HRIS, I/O psychology, or related field a plus
  • Experience with PowerBI a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. You have a passion for your work, and for getting outside to Live It

Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is CAD$62,000 - CAD$81,000
