Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for an Advisor, Talent Acquisition, to join our team report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This is a temporary 6 month contract.
As an Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you will be primarily accountable for recruitment for corporate roles from entry level to management. You will be responsible to source candidates, screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, manage offers and providing guidance to hiring managers. In addition, you will deliver integrated recruitment services, employer branding and social media solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Responsible for delivering recruitment processes and partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent challenges.
- Understand business strategies of their client and obtain a thorough understanding of roles within each team.
- Develop short and long-term sourcing strategies by partnering with assigned business leaders and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensures all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed
- Identifies, coordinates, and participates in job fairs as needed
- Builds diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels
- Promotes the Employee Referral Program
- Ensures quality coaching on recruitment methodologies to hiring managers
- Provides a leading-edge candidate experience
- Assist in preparing and delivering program communications and training for HR Partners and business clients as applicable
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in full life cycle in recruiting.
- Experience with social media platforms and innovative ways to promote employer branding
- Solid experience with Applicant Tracking systems, knowledge of Workday is an asset
- The ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required due to Fairstone’s national presence; English is used approximately 75% of the time in daily tasks, requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication.
