What We'll Bring:

Candidate’s primary responsibility will be to create data visualization solutions and to enhance existing business processes. This role will include tasks such as developing tableau dashboard reports, working on Hadoop distribution platform to populate tables required for these dashboards, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations by working with various teams and business process automation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Work with multiple teams to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insights, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
  • Design, develop and maintains complex tableau reports/dashboards for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
  • Work in Hadoop domain by writing various SQL query tasks required for data creation and maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture and design and determine the best implementation that will meet the design requirement.
  • Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
  • Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.
  • Resolve support queries related to Tableau reports.
  • Design and develop database tables necessary for creating tableau visualizations.
  • Basic understanding of Finance Domain

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Hadoop domain and tableau.
  • Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards and analytics.
  • Expertise in formulas creation, measures, establishing hierarchies, data refresh, row/column/report level security, report governance etc. in tableau.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop distribution platform - Spark, Hive and Shell scripts.
  • Ability to create and work on Spark SQL queries.
  • Advanced Tableau development skills required.
  • Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience of working with large unstructured data.
  • Awareness of automation framework and tools.
  • Good/Clear communication and interpersonal skills is very important.
  • Analytical and problem solving.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
