What We'll Bring:

We are looking for an experienced and a dynamic Lead of B2B Marketing to join our team. In the role you will lead & develop the B2B Marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance the TU CIBIL brand presence in the market. The role requires professionals with proven & established track record in B2B marketing, deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. This includes developing and incorporating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals & organization positioning. You will report to the Head of Marketing and global teams to leverage advanced marketing technologies and significantly impact our organization’s growth trajectory.

What You'll Bring:

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share that align with the company's business objectives keeping in mind the Enterprise & region’s business strategy, target audience, market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning, providing direction on how Marketing can contribute to objectives and 3YP process. Be point of contact with the TU Global Marketing team for all B2B related activities, to manage the relationship, provide input to Global strategies and ensure execution thereof as appropriate.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and customer experience. Leads, coordinates, and participates in global & regional initiatives to ensure B2B brand strategy is communicated, understood, and implemented. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, etc.) that resonate with target audiences and generate leads.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback
  • Plan annual and quarterly budget requirements for projects, allocates resources accordingly and monitors actual expenses according to projections.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in the industry through effective content marketing, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships.

Lead Change Management

  • Responsible for leading, planning and executing change management across different stakeholders like Sales, Operations, IT & product teams etc. Ensure transparent communication, gain alignment, and manage disruptions in a planned and proactive manner.
  • Map out the stakeholders and take proactive steps to manage expectations, highlight risks in a timely manner and provide management updates with key metrics.

Team Management and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing B2B marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Ensure the team is adequately staffed with the right skills to build and scale for the future.
  • Responsible for identifying skills for the team, upskilling with the right programs and ensure a robust development of the team.

Governance

  • Ensure clean audits and remediation of observations in a sustainable manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation, metrics and publish management level dashboards to highlight areas of concerns with mitigation plans.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Master’s degree in business administration / marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 18+ years of work experience in Marketing & Corporate Communication.
  • Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics, and data-led marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal considerations related to marketing activities in India.
  • Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations and their implications for marketing practices.
  • Executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
