We are actively seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our SecOps product team and help drive the development of our cloud-native unified SOC platform. This platform brings together SIEM, SOAR, XDR, UEBA, ITDR, Threat Intelligence and AI/ML into one integrated solution to help customers detect, respond, and mitigate threats faster.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and own product requirements for our next-generation SOC platform.
  • Translate customer and field requests into clear functional specifications.
  • Prioritize features that deliver maximum business and customer impact.
  • Partner with R&D to guide development cycles, break down feature requests, and manage deliverables.
  • Collaborate with system leaders, field sales, and technical customers to validate needs and ensure adoption.
  • Bring new features and products to market with strong positioning and customer value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical background in SIEM, SOAR, and XDR solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and services.
  • Solid understanding of engineering development cycles (agile, CI/CD).
  • Ability to engage with technical customers, field engineers, and sales teams.
  • Experience in customer- or field-facing technical roles is a strong plus.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $145,000 - $200,000 annually.  Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.  Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
