Reporting to the Executive Director, Solution Delivery Operations, this role is responsible for the oversight of assigned implementation projects for a defined portfolio of GHX solutions and the capacity management and training of assigned functional resources (Implementation Consultants, Business Analysts or Project Managers). The Sr Manager, Solution Delivery will promote agile techniques with their assigned team to ensure high quality implementations are delivered to GHX customers through all assigned projects. In addition, this role:
- Coordinates cross-functional projects and assumes a leadership role in shaping priorities, setting and tracking schedules, driving issue resolution, and ensuring service level agreements are achieved.
- Develops initiative scope statements and implementation plans and drives outcomes through the use of GHX OKR’s.
- Collaborates with the customer and Sales organization to manage priorities, expectations and to anticipate changes in needed capacity.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of software implementation and project management. It also requires experience in leading the software implementation lifecycle and proven experience managing key customer relationships and project details.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversees processes in support of implementation activities.
· Works in conjunction with project managers and scrum master’s to establish project priorities that are within the capability of their team and deliver revenue targets within their assigned solution vertical.
· Develops strategies to streamline the implementation process. Maintains best practices for implementation.
· Develops benchmarks and metrics to drive implementation standards across diverse portfolios of projects and to forecast capacity requirements.
· Works as a liaison, and interfaces with Implementation, Product Management, Sales and all Technology teams to ensure that proper scope, resource pools and key dependencies are being defined and managed.
· Serves as an escalation point for customer implementation/maintenance/support requests assigned to the team with the goal of achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
· Ensures customers receive value and are positioned to achieve a high degree of utilization from GHX products and services.
· Lead, mentor, and coach delivery team members throughout the project life cycle and establishes a culture of accountability resulting in improved performance.
· Leverages agile based philosophies and techniques that drive self-directed and collaborative teamwork.
· Builds, maintains and executes a formalized training program that ensures assigned staff maintain and build their technical expertise, including holding staff accountable for conforming to operational guidelines and change control practices, and in support of career development aspirations.
· Gains a strong understanding of technology utilized in the healthcare supply chain space and drivers for use of that technology.
· Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent 4-year degree with requisite experience.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology role with deep knowledge of software development and/or associated implementation processes.
· 4-6 years’ experience in a management role with responsibility for conducting performance reviews and working collaboratively with direct reports to set goals and objectives.
· Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in healthcare role with a deep understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Data Management processes and the technology utilized to automate those processes.
· Experience working in an agile environment leveraging Kanban, scrum or other related technique.
· Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft desktop applications including MS Project or equivalent project management scheduling solution.
· Analytical in arriving at objective conclusions and decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with cloud technology and methods of interfacing computer systems cloud-to-cloud (Workday, Oracle, INFOR)
· Familiarity with EDI, CXML or similar data exchange protocols and standards.
· Understanding of healthcare finance/accounting processes and the technology utilized to automate those processes
· Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly.
· Knowledge of the role of a product manager and an ability to define product enhancements to improve the implementation process.
The compensation for this role is: $122,900 - $163,800 plus bonus
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
