Overview
The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.
This Go to Market role is part of the Experience and Disputes Go-To-Market (GTM) team within Experience and Disputes Business Unit (within Security Solutions). This person will support key GTM activities including narrative creations, go to market launches, competitor analysis and manage various projects that will ensure the successful adoption of our products.
Role
• Support go-to-market activities for new and existing products, ensuring maximum customer value delivery and revenue realization.• Partner with Global Product Managers to internally launch the various Customer Experience & Disputes products and support all Go to Market related activities.• Execute end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams.• Develop compelling narratives that resonate with buyer personas and clearly articulate product value and are aligned with customer pain points, market trends, and product strategy.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams-including Product, Marketing, Sales, Commercialization-to drive alignment and ensure product success.• Support various members of the Go-To-Market team with project management, asset creation, event coordination, market research. • Drive the creation and syndication of various internal communication activities.

• Experience in product enablement, project management or payments/banking/merchants consulting • Experience in supporting go-to-market plans informed by strategy, research and critical thinking.• Experience in developing and driving end to end execution of initiatives, particularly in cross-functional environments, managing and prioritizing competing initiatives, project management experience.• Strong written and communication skills with attention to details• Collaborative problem solver who operates with a sense of urgency• Knowledge of payments industry is beneficial.
