This exempt position will configure, build, test, implement, maintain, and support the Firm's Intapp Cloud environment for new business intake and risk. This individual will serve as the technical subject-matter expert for Intapp Intake/Open, Conflicts, Terms, and Walls — designing and modifying workflows/flows, troubleshooting requests, and managing system settings and configurations.Essential Duties
- Configure and administer the Firm's Intapp Cloud environment, including Intapp Intake, Conflicts, Terms, and Walls, along with platform-level settings, security, and permissions.
- Design, build, and modify intake and conflicts and other workflows/flows, including request forms, dynamic approval routing, risk scoring, and conditional logic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve flow, request, and configuration issues; identify root causes; and implement durable solutions rather than workarounds.
- Manage the Intapp Cloud release cycle, including reviewing platform updates, testing in non-production environments, and deploying enhancements with minimal disruption.
- Translate requirements from Risk & Compliance and the Office of General Counsel into well-documented technical configuration.
- Maintain configuration documentation, environment standards, and change-management records.
- Provide escalated technical support to administrators and end users, and coordinate with Intapp support and any implementation partners as needed.
- Collaborate with the Firm's internal engineering team on integrations between Intapp and other Firm systems (e.g., financial, document management, and directory systems) — defining data requirements, testing integration behavior within intake and conflicts workflows, and partnering on troubleshooting when issues span systems.
- Perform other related duties as needed and/or assigned.
Reporting Relationship
The Intapp Engineer reports directly to the IT Solutions Manager.

Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Intapp products, particularly Intapp Intake and Intapp Conflicts/Open, and Intapp Terms; Intapp Walls is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and modify Intapp workflows/flows, including forms, approval routing, and conditional logic.
- Experience troubleshooting platform configuration and integration issues in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of law firm new business intake and conflicts-of-interest processes.
- Must have at least 3/5+ years of experience working with Intapp Risk & Compliance products.
- Experience implementing or migrating to Intapp Cloud is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and JSON is a plus.
Skills
- The Intapp Engineer must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be flexible with learning new technology. Strong ability to work individually and in a team environment is required. The candidate must have the ability to translate business requirements into a technical design document and configure the application architecture within the environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT field preferred.
Physical Demands
Must be able to move around the office 20% of the time to make copies, fax, file, etc. Remains stationary around 80% of the time. Frequently moves computer equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. Occasionally moves server equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. This position must be able to inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time.
